your boat at your own dock on Silver Lake. Two minutes
from downtown Saugatuck with a private dock on Silver
Lake, this upscale cottage furnished in contemporary
rustic decor is sure to please those seeking secluded
comfort, total relaxation, and family fun. The main
floor features a queen size bedroom suite with full
bath which includes whirlpool tub and separate shower;
half-bath; and cathedral ceiling family/living room
with wood burning fireplace adjacent to open dining/kitchen
area. Gourmet kitchen has tiled island for more
casual eating or food prep. Year round glassed-in
sun porch contains queen sleeper sofas and window
blinds for complete privacy. Laundry room has full-size
washer and dryer. Upstairs features a second queen-sized
bedroom suite with skylights and bathroom with shower.
A wide deck with picnic table and patio furniture
wraps the front of the cottage while a rear patio
area can be found off the sun porch. The spacious
exterior grounds are ringed by mature trees and
flowering bushes. Walk down the path to a private
dock to take your boat out for a cruise on Silver
Lake, into Saugatuck, out to Lake Michigan, or just
raise a glass at sunset. If the water in the big
lake is too cool, enjoy a dip in Saugatuck's largest
in-ground pool located at the Suites of Saugatuck
